LA LIBELULA

Libélua is a project from Ecuador that was born in 2005 in the city of Guayaquil, led by its creator and founder Gustavo García, a local musician with extensive experience on stage playing in different projects. Influenced by the sounds of gothic metal, he wants to make a radical turn in his musical career and return to the songs with which he grew up and began to love music, so he looks for sounds inspired by synth pop, rock, new wave, electro pop, from American and English bands. Birth of what is now Libélula, during these 20 years the band has toured several local stages and has opened for international bands such as Anavanta from Mexico and Vilma Palma E Vampiros from Argentina, but one of the greatest achievements for its members was having contacted Wyatt Pauley, guitarist of one of the bands of the 90s pop icon Linear, and that through his radio program Wyatt On The Radio Libélula has been sounding in several countries such as: United States, England, France , Azerbaijan, Scotland.
